Women Mean Business

Mission: To increase the profit of women-owned small and medium enterprises (S.M.E.s) in Uganda.

Intervention: A 16-month program for S.M.E.s with three components: (1) training on essential business skills; (2) coaching to develop a business plan; and (3) mentorship from a more experienced businessperson.

Impact and cost: $1 in profit per $1 spent
